Supports Columbia students to study in Paris on the Columbia University Summer French Studies Program

Beesen Global Travel Fellowships provide non-native French speakers support to study in Paris on the Columbia University Summer French Studies Program. Each fellowship provides a $5000 award to fellows to defray transportation, housing and living costs.The fellowship gives Columbia University students the chance to pursue intellectual goals, gain valuable research and study experience, learn French in Paris, and engage with the Parisian community.

Only students who have submitted a completed application for the Summer French Studies Program can apply. Students of all disciplines in Columbia College, the School of General Studies, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Barnard College are encouraged to apply. If you receive a Beesen Global Travel Fellowship, you may be asked to speak at an information session for interested students next year.
