Acceptance Materials

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Columbia University in Beijing at Tsinghua University Program for the Spring 2010 Semester!

The items listed below are of primary importance as you begin your preparations. Please read the Columbia in Beijing Handbook carefully, as it will answer many of your initial questions. All forms that need to be completed are below. You will not receive hard copies of these forms. Please be sure to submit ALL required materials by the correct deadlines.

The items below must be received on or before November 13, 2009, unless otherwise noted. All items must be sent or delivered to our office in ONE complete packet. Please allow at least one week for standard mail.

• Intent to Enroll/Housing Payment and $1500 check

• Copy of passport (name and signature pages only – MUST show face clearly)
• Tsinghua University Online Application for International Students (instructions in Handbook. Please complete online, print out and send a copy with a passport photo to Columbia.)
• Medical Form
• Transcript Request Form (Visiting Students only)
