Acceptance Materials
Congratulations on your acceptance to the Columbia-Penn Program in Paris at Reid Hall for Fall 2009!
The items listed below are of primary importance as you begin your preparations. Please read the Reid Hall Handbook carefully, as it will answer many of your initial questions. We will send the official acceptance letters that you need for your visa within the next two weeks. All forms that need to be completed are below. You will not receive hard copies of these forms. Please submit ALL required materials by the correct deadlines.
You must not hesitate with beginning your visa process. Please read all of the instructions carefully.
The items below must be received on or before November 6, 2009 unless otherwise noted. All items must be sent or delivered to our office in ONE complete packet. Please allow at least one week for standard mail.
- Intent to Enroll and $600 check
- 4 passport photos
- Language Questionnaire
- Copy of name and signature pages of passport showing face clearly
- Medical Form (Due November 23)
- BNP Application Instructions
- BNP Application (REQUIRED OF ALL STUDENTS)
- Letter from Health Insurance carrier stating dates of coverage (beginning and end dates)
- Transcript Request Form (Visiting students only)
- Special Program Options Form, if applicable

You must also complete two important items online: a langauge evaluation and your housing questionnaire. Please download and read the instructions below and then complete both by the required deadlines:
