Develop or enhance your Spanish language skills in Buenos Aires during the summer


The summer language and culture program offers intermediate and advanced Spanish language courses as well as area courses in Spanish. The program lasts for six weeks. Students live with carefully selected homestay families.


Students choose from the intermediate or advanced track both of which are worth six credits.

The intermediate track is:

  • Intermediate Spanish (6 credits)

The advanced track is:

  • Advanced Spanish and Argentine Culture (3 credits)
  • Either: Argentine History (3 credits)
  • Or: Latin American and Argentine Literature (3 credits)

Program Features

The program includes a one-day excursion outside of Buenos Aires, a one-day trip to El Tigre, and various activities within Buenos Aires.
